10 lut 2017 · To restore the signatures, you can simply copy them from your backup location to the Signatures folder. Once restored the signatures they will be directly available in Outlook. However, if you had them configured as the default for a certain account you'll have to reconfigure that.
8 wrz 2023 · If your accounts are hosted in Exchange Online, the signature settings are now stored in the cloud and can sync across devices. See: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=60371. Based on my test in New Outlook preview, the same applies.

10 sie 2020 · If you want all your signatures to show up automatically in Outlook, you should make sure you back up every single file and folder in the %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures hierarchy. This will ensure that your restore includes all the necessary files for an automatic restore of your signatures.
