21 mar 2016 · I have formatted my email signature in such a way that it is single-spaced. However, the email signature becomes double-spaced in the receiving side of correspondence. How can I fix this issue?

1 lis 2023 · Is the spacing in the signature distorted per word or per line? If it is per line, you can try recreating the signature while using Shift-Enter at the end of each line. In the meantime, you can also try using a different font and check if there is any difference.
Go to edit your signature, select the entire signature, then Right Click the selection and select Paragraph. From here, on the Indents and Spacing tab, find the Line Spacing drop down box and make sure it says "Single".
4 paź 2024 · We avoid using Microsoft Outlook’s default double spacing, which inadvertently creates new paragraphs and adds extra space. Instead, pressing Shift + Enter where a new line is desired, rather than a new paragraph, keeps the signature compact and looking sharp.
14 maj 2019 · You can only remove the spaces that come after your signature, not the spaces before. Your signature files are located at: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures. There will be 3 files: YourSignature.html YourSignature.rtf YourSignature.txt

6 sty 2022 · When pasted into the signature creation box it is spaced and formatted correctly, however whenever the signature appears in a new email or reply the spacing has changed and there is no space where there should be (between a set of 3 icons and line - these are both objects in the word doc).
