1 kwi 2020 · By default, the number of read and unread messages, information about the mail server connection, reading pane toggles, and zoom information all appear in the status bar. To customize the status bar, right-click it to open the "Customize Status Bar" menu.
16 lis 2023 · I have an ongoing issue that when I receive new, unread email, taskbar icon does not change to signify this. The main outlook icon in the taskbar should show a folder icon on top of the blue Outlook icon, which should disappear once all of the mail has been read.
25 kwi 2024 · If you can't see contacts' or users' presence status in your Outlook app, ensure that you have set Teams as the default chat app and follow these fixes.
In the navigation bar at the top, select Mail, and then select Settings > Display settings. Select the feature you want to choose display settings for and select the settings you prefer. Select OK to save your changes or Cancel to return to mail without making any changes.
