17 maj 2023 · I have a similar situation with the status being greyed out. My status was available previously, but I switched to the "New Outlook" to see what it looked like, but I switched back and noticed I can longer see status next to names.
30 cze 2019 · In Outlook you can see the availability of users next to their name thanks to Lync Skype Teams etc. This has disappeared for two users and I have not been able to find a fix. It's greyed out in Outlook: File > Options > People and in. Teams: Settings >Register Teams as the chat app for Office the option is already selected.
18 lut 2019 · If you have recently switched to Teams-Only mode and there is no presence circle at all, then you may need to reconfigure your Teams client to share presence data. Below is an example of what that will look like. Note: Presence data will also be missing if your Microsoft Teams client is not running.
