I'm running Outlook 2019 MSO 64-bit (16.0.13901.20366) under Windows 10 (1909 -- soon to be upgraded). Today the format of the message lists in ALL of my folders suddenly changed, although my view settings all appear intact.

As you can see they fail to be load now, but that has not resolved my issue. I can only properly display emails in safe mode, so there must be something else that safe mode is doing. 0 Likes.
