22 sie 2023 · I recently got a MacBook pro (Apple M1 Pro) with MacOs version 13.5 (22G74) and when I try to open outlook, it closes in around 5 seconds I open it and no error message or log is thrown. I have tried different versions, but none of them work, neither the latest one 16.76.

11 maj 2023 · 1. I have a user that when he closes outlook, it will not reopen unless the user restarts the computer. I checked task manager when reopening outlook, while outlook seems to start and show up in the details list, it does not open. If the user restarts outlook then it works without issue until he either closes outlook or tries to reopen an email.
If Outlook stops responding at a screen that says "Processing," you can close Outlook, start it in safe mode, then close it and open it normally to fix the problem. Close Outlook. Launch Outlook in safe mode by choosing one of the following options.
