28 kwi 2014 · The steps that resolved the issue for me are as follows: Right click on the shortcut you use to launch Outlook 2010 and choose Properties. On the shortcut tab next to Run, change it from Normal window, to Maximized. Click OK. Launch Outlook normally using the shortcut you just edited.
If you can't open Outlook, or Outlook disappears or crashes, one of your add-ins may be to blame or you may need to update Outlook.
20 wrz 2015 · Restart, log off or restart Explorer as given here to take effect and it'll disable the new Action Center UI. Once I did this, I could delete the Action Center entries that were causing the problem. I then changed the Registry setting back to it's original setting and the Action Center works again.
