Tap the add calendar button at the top (1 in my screenshot) Tap Add Shared Calendars (2) Search for the person or group whose calendar you already have permission to access Tap the add button next to their name. You can give someone in your organization permission to manage your Outlook calendar by granting them edit or delegate access. When you assign edit permissions, the person you're sharing has the ability to view and make changes to your calendar.
If you're using a work or school account or personal account in Outlook, you can send a sharing invitation to other users so they can view your calendar from within their own Outlook Calendar list. Calendar sharing isn't limited to the default Calendar folder that's created in all Outlook profiles.
23 sty 2017 · Only solution I’ve found is using the OWA for iPhone app. You can’t sync shared calendars natively on iOS. The Outlook app doesn’t support them. The OWA app isn’t great, but our employees who use it for shared calendars have learned to accept it for that purpose.
