4 kwi 2024 · To view your calendars separately, you can create two separate profiles in Outlook, one for each email address. Here are the steps to create a new profile: Close Outlook if it is open. Go to the Control Panel on your computer. Click on "Mail" or "Mail (32-bit)". Click on "Show Profiles".
In new Outlook from the navigation pane, select Calendar. From the Home tab, select Share Calendar. In the Sharing and permissions page, type the name or email address of the person you want to share your calendar with and assign delegate access.
If you're using a work or school account or personal account in Outlook, you can send a sharing invitation to other users so they can view your calendar from within their own Outlook Calendar list. Calendar sharing isn't limited to the default Calendar folder that's created in all Outlook profiles.
