For the last month or so my Outlook calendar reminders are full screen without the ability to adjust the size. The normal resizing box is greyed-out. So I can minimize or close (or dismiss) but there's no way to adjust the size.
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods to force the regeneration of hidden free/busy information in the mailbox. The steps in this section must be applied to the mailbox of the user who owns the Calendar folder.
25 maj 2017 · If I use the Office 365 web interface to create a meeting request, then I see full information about my calendar, as I would expect. So the issue seems to be with the Outlook 2016 application, or my permissions in some way. Permissions on my calendar: Default: Free/Busy time, subject, location; Anonymous: Free/Busy time; Me: Owner
30 sty 2024 · When you view free/busy information in the Scheduling Assistant in Outlook, you receive the following error message: "We're checking everyone's calendars" Cause. The FreeBusySupport registry value could be missing after you install or reinstall Office applications.
Adjust Your Free/Busy Settings. You can adjust your free/busy settings using Outlook for Windows or Mac. These options are not available in Outlook on the Web or Apple's Calendar application. The setting recommended below will let everyone see the subject and location of the items on your calendar (instead of just the start and end times).
A common mistake when sending your out of office event to others is to open the original event and change Free/Busy to show you as Free instead of Out of office. However, doing so means that you'll now show as available to anyone trying to schedule a meeting with you.
