30 sty 2024 · Internet Free/Busy (IFB) is a feature of Microsoft Outlook that allows you to see when others are free or busy so that you can efficiently schedule meetings. Outlook users have the option to publish their free/busy information to a user-specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL) file server.
Free/Busy calendar sharing appears to no longer work within Outlook 365 (Mac - Exchange 2016 on prem). It works within webmail, but when the account is added to Outlook, the calendar doesn't appear.

2 kwi 2018 · You can use Microsoft Outlook to publish Free/Busy information to any server your and your coworkers (or friends and family) have read/write access to. This allows other Outlook users to view the Free/Busy information of others and schedule appointments with other Outlook users.
Install FreeBusy for Outlook add-in. Start Outlook Desktop. Note. This tutorial uses Outlook Desktop. If you’re using Outlook Web Access or Outlook.com, these steps are identical. You can find FreeBusy by clicking on Add-ins. Linking Outlook add-in. Before you can use the add-in, you must link it to FreeBusy. To do so, start a new email message.
In Calendar, on the Home tab, select New Event. Add a title for the event, then select the start and end dates. To block out an entire day (or days), slide the All day toggle on. In the Options group, select Busy, then choose Out of office from the drop-down. Select Save.
