9 lut 2023 · A few days ago, my Gmail account stopped updating email in Microsoft 365 Outlook on my iMac M1, MacBook Air M1 and my iPhone X. The iMac runs macOS Monterey 12.6.2. Gmail via 365 Outlook for Mac has worked fine on this iMac for over a year.

Looking at the account within Safari does connect properly. The last email in the inbox is this morning. New emails are stuck in the Outbox and are demonstrating this error:
4 maj 2023 · Have you checked the sync settings and make sure that Outlook for Mac is set to sync emails and other data? To check your sync settings, go to "Outlook" > "Preferences" > "Accounts" and click on your account.
Has anybody managed to get a Gmail account added to Outlook 365 on a Macbook Pro M1? I add the Email account as per the online instructions and it opens up a browser to enter my Gmail user name and password. After that is accepted, it goes back to Outlook 365, but starts the whole process again.
27 kwi 2021 · I was able to fix the issue by login into the Gmail account going to security(https://myaccount.google.com/u/0/security) and setting up a PASSKEY for Gmail security on the computer needing Gmail added on to Outlook. Then go to Outlook->File->Account settings and add the Gmail account as usual
