We recently purchased a hot tub cover replacement from The Cover Guy. The purchase of 513.59$ was made after all over their website listing free shipping.
Stonewood Manufacturing runs a scam where they quote you a price for a custom-made spa cover on their website using their builder tool, they charge your credit card at checkout and send you confirmation emails.

8 kwi 2022 · We spent hundreds of pounds on a new hot tub cover only for it to be supplied with stretchy elastic fasteners which are not fit for purpose. In any amount of wind, the cover comes off of the tub and leaves the water exposed to the elements and the heater permanently on, trying to keep temperature.
