If you have already submitted a form, please check UAOnline first to verify the waiver has been applied. Contact the Office of the Bursar for an adjustment if you have added, dropped, or changed classes. IMPORTANT: Tuition waivers only cover tuition.

Tuition waiver forms must be turned in by the fee payment deadline. The employee is responsible for all other fees. Employees who pay for a course and later become eligible for a waiver will not be reimbursed.
