You'll find Otis Ridge on Route 23 just west of the town of Otis. The area, opened in 1947, has over 50 years of experience to offer skiers/riders. Day and night skiing are available with almost 100 percent snowmaking capacity.

27 lut 2024 · In the south-central Berkshire mountains of Massachusetts on a northeast facing slope you will find Otis Ridge. On any given weekend day, we depart for the hill from our house in Bridgeport, CT. Our kids — Oscar and Rita — both race for Otis, Kristin and I bring them to ski practice.
Otis Ridge is a ski area located in Otis, Massachusetts in southeastern Berkshire County about 6 miles east of Great Barrington. It first opened in 1946 with two surface lifts and a single trail and continues to operate to this day, currently with one double chair and three surface lifts: a pony tow, a handle tow, and a T-bar. The Bunny Hill and Pony slopes reshaped. The Meadow and Camp slopes widened, tripling in size and becoming one expansive novice area. The Grouse House was originally built in the 1960's. David and Hooker Judson were then the owners and initial developers of Otis Ridge.
