Those are getting streamed via HTTP-File server. Run gosumemory & osu! Visit this link in your browser: http://localhost:24050 and choose the counter that you like.

To start creating pp counters you need to download VS Code (or other IDE), tosu or gosu and quickstart example. Then you need a little bit knowledge about css, html, javascript (or you can just google or ChatGPT most of stuff).
