This programme is for people with hand osteoarthritis (OA) and hand pain. The programme helps you learn how to do hand exercises to help you in managing any hand problems. There are 4 meetings of about 1 hour each. Each workshop is a mix of short talks and exercise practice. The meetings are fun!
