OhioPays. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments from the state with OhioPays. The OhioPays portal gives suppliers convenient access to information about their financial interactions with the state.
OhioPays is the State of Ohio portal for new Payee registration. The portal also allows Payees to maintain their profile. Learn more about how to register and/or update your profile under Helpful Resources.
Once your OH|ID account is associated with your Payee Record, you can log in to OhioPays to see information about your financial transactions with the state, including real-time data on invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
A Payee is any individual or organization who receives funds from the State of Ohio. Some common types of Payees include: An entity that provides goods or services to a State of Ohio agency. DODD Providers.
A Payee outside of the US is an organization or individual registered to sell goods or services to the State of Ohio and is located outside the Continental US. Foreign individuals or organizations who would like to do business with the state of Ohio must first complete the following documents to register.
OhioPays. New – All refunds of $50,000 and greater will be issued via direct deposit for sales, use, commercial activity, financial institutions, and motor fuel taxes. In order to receive a refund via direct deposit, please register as a Payee with OhioPays.
