25 cze 2024 · Apply for a Business Identification Number (NIB) through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system maintained by the OSS Agency, currently adopting a risk-based approach (RBA). The NIB also applies as a Company Registration Certificate (TDP), Importer’s Identification Number (API), customs access and initial mandatory manpower reporting.
Since the enactment of the Job Creation Law on November 2, 2020, Indonesia’s government has changed the business licensing procedure to a risk-based licensing approach. This is carried out through one platform, the Online Single Submission (Integrated Online Licensing, or OSS).
As of date, some business actors’ accounts from OSS 1.1 have not been properly migrated onto OSS RBA, and there are even some accounts or data that are not detected in OSS RBA.
