A Prayer potion is a potion made by using snape grass on a ranarr potion (unf), requiring 38 Herblore, yielding a Prayer potion(3) and 87.5 Herblore experience. A dose of Prayer potion restores Prayer points equal to 7 + 25% of the player's current Prayer level, rounded down.
Herblore is a slow skill as an Ironman, but you unlock prayer potions relatively early. Same with the ability to plant ranarr seeds. You’ll need many more prayer potions than you’ll get as drops, so it’s worth working on those two skills passively for a while.
Do quests that give you Prayer experience upon completion. Completing The Restless Ghost, Priest in Peril, Recruitment Drive and Holy Grail will grant a total of 14,531 Prayer experience, which will elevate a level 1 Prayer to level 30 without doing any actual training.
