I’m a HCIM with very mid-range stats but was looking into grubby keys to speed up getting Sara brews for fight caves and learned that there’s an altar that gives 3x prayer xp for dragon and baby dragon bones. Every guide I’ve ever seen doesn’t mention it.
You can bind hotkeys to swap to your prayer menu or your inventory. The most common keys for this are the F keys. So F1 to prayer menu, F2 to inventory. These hot keys are set up by default, but you can change how they're configured.
Completing The Restless Ghost, Priest in Peril, Recruitment Drive and Holy Grail will grant a total of 14,531 Prayer experience, which will get the player from level 1 to 30. Spirits of the Elid has more requirements, but gives another 8,000 Prayer experience.

As a low-level ironman, a great option to level up prayer is by completing quests. I haven't covered questing yet since prayer is so fast on a main account, but as an Ironman, it is worth it. The quests on the screen have low requirements and can be completed to go from level 1 to 30 prayer.
