NMZ Best points/hr bosses. copy and paste from a previous comment of mine: If you have on the proper bosses, Inadequacy will still give ~52k points. I just went and got 1.4m points in 40 mins on my lvl 101 ironman.
You can help improve it by updating the information. This setup uses a mix of strength and prayer bonus and is a fairly AFK strategy for experience and Nightmare Zone points. Players can gain up to around 90,000 melee experience and 400,000 Nightmare Zone points per hour.
Nightmare Zone Point Formula. Each boss has a "base point" value which is calculated with. base_points = int (combat_level^2 / 1000). I found that this formula applies to all bosses except Essyllt, which for whatever reason has double the expected number of base points.

Point values increase based on the number of bosses included. The point values shown below are the maximum points that can be given, which assumes all quests have been completed and all bosses are enabled. In a team, points are split between those who attacked the monster.
The Nightmare Zone is a combat minigame located in Yanille that lets you fight previous ‘quest-bosses’ in a dream state. As this is a safe minigame, many players come to the NMZ to train their combat. Due to the nature of the minigame, it’s very easy to AFK here.
