Opt. Sand snake (the dephts of despair) Opt. Witchs experiment (witchs house, for this one you need overloads) These are all mellee bosses but give you good near best exp. Since you do need five bosses for max exp I recommend you use five of them. More bosses result in more points.
The Nightmare Zone is a combat minigame located in Yanille that lets you fight previous ‘quest-bosses’ in a dream state. As this is a safe minigame, many players come to the NMZ to train their combat. Due to the nature of the minigame, it’s very easy to AFK here.
The guide is aimed more at xp than points, but using it to train will net you plenty of points over time. The first four are what I would consider to be the best ones to pick. The last slot is fine for any of the three listed. It's just based on thier stats.
NMZ Best points/hr bosses. copy and paste from a previous comment of mine: If you have on the proper bosses, Inadequacy will still give ~52k points. I just went and got 1.4m points in 40 mins on my lvl 101 ironman.

The Nightmare Zone is a combat -based minigame located north-west of Yanille bank. Players enter a "dream" to take on bosses they have previously defeated during completed quests. It is run by Dominic Onion, a mage from Lunar Isle.
