Mahogany saplings are saplings that can be used to grow mahogany trees at level 55 Farming. They can be made by planting a mahogany seed in a filled plant pot, with a gardening trowel in your inventory, and then watering the mahogany seedling with a watering can or by using Humidify.
Level 55 farmers may grow a mahogany tree by planting a mahogany sapling in a hardwood tree patch using a spade. For the hardwood tree patch in Fossil Island, the nearby squirrel will watch over a growing mahogany tree in exchange for 25 Yanillian hops, which may be noted.

1 mar 2013 · Mahogany Saplings will get you Mahogany Wood. And it is from tree breeding, more specifically from Forestry. Sir Sengir is rather vague on the subject but there's a spoiler guide floating around here within the first few pages of this subforum that has most of the tree combinations. Apparently there's not a Mahogany sapling.

If you're going for the pet, you should be doing teak trees. They have the same drop rate as mahogany and grow faster. The sapling and payment is also cheaper iirc
