I've made live-updating gp/hr spreadsheets for three of the most profitable pvm challenges in the game. All of the item value data is pulled from G.E. tracker's website, so the nightmare prices are probably +-10%, but should be fairly accurate. Check the tabs at the bottom for all of the different activities.
