I'd suggest looking up quest rewards. And start doing the easy-medium quest that give good xp rewards. Slayer and work on 65 strength and attack to unlock warriors guild to get you a dragon defender.
I just started playing OSRS again after years, and the nostalgia is awesome. I've gotten to a point where I want to upgrade some of my stuff since my attack is nearly 30, but I don't have access to the grand exchange. What's the fastest way to get to 10 quest points so I can buy some basic stuff?
