I recommend dividing up the herb runs and the tree runs. I'm currently 95 farming and I did these 2/3 types of trips: Herbs/calquat: 6 herb patches roughly once an hour, also once daily do the calquat tree. I coupled these two as I use fertile soil on both.

i guess it's equally correlated to mining as its to f2p. 70 for addy and 85 for rune ores, but i agree that 88 smithing requirement for addy platebody is far from optimal
