Unlike the standard optimal quest guide, this optimal free-to-play Ironman quest guide focuses mostly on optimizing the progress through many different quests at once, instead of optimizing for quest experience rewards.
Some stats boosting quests: fishing contest, sea slug, waterfall, knights sword, doric's quest. There's more for mining that I highly recommend. You can look up quests sorted by xp rewards. Also if you need an item, look it up on the wiki to check for spawn/shop locations. A lot of items are easier to obtain than you'd think!

The early-game consists mainly of questing, training skills to ~60–70, and acquiring best-in-slot ironman mid-game gear. Highlights include: Rune crossbow from crazy archaeologist. Broad bolts from broader fletching.
