31 mar 2018 · The short answer is yes, you’re right. Muslims do not believe in the form of original sin which includes inherited sin. Muslims do not believe that the original sin is passed from one generation to the next at birth, nor are babies born with the stain of sin.
Muslims believe that original sin is not biblical, but rather a fabrication made by human hands. The original bible has been corrupted by human manipulation, addition and deletion. That’s why Allah (God) revealed the true story in His last revelation: The Quran.
The 7 major sins in Islam are: 1- shirk; 2- witchcraft; 3- killing a soul whom Allah has forbidden us to kill; 4- consuming orphans’ wealth; 5- consuming riba; 6- fleeing from the battlefield; and 7- slandering chaste, innocent women.
