1 sty 2015 · I copied the obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_steam_loader.dll files, and the Data folder, into my common/Oblivion directory. OBSE wont' launch with the game when using the Steam button, as it's supposed to; Blockhead won't create the .ini file, the OBSE Test Plugin doesn't work.
First, I downloaded xOBSE from https://github.com/llde/xOBSE/releases - then I extracted the recommended files to the directory above ( obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_steam_loader.dll and obse_loader.exe) and I tried running the game. So far, so good.
Data Directory[edit] Oblivion's shared data files, including: mod data files, BSA archives, separate resource files (meshes, textures, etc.) English Default: Install Directory \Data. Location determined by SLocalMasterPath in Oblivion.ini, which is "Data\" by default.
23 cze 2013 · I have recently bought Oblivion GOTY from steam but I couldn't find the data folder when i tried to install mods. There is no data folder in my program files or in my steam files. The game is installed and works perfectly.
Make sure "obse_steam_loader.dll" and "obse_1_2_416.dll" are in the root Oblivion fodler (the same place as Oblivion.exe). Make sure that "obse.ini" is in the "Oblivion\Data\OBSE" folder. Then launch Oblivion through steam.
12 kwi 2023 · Make sure you installed OBSE and Blockhead correctly. Copy obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_loader.exe and (if you have steam, obse_steam_loader.dll) the Data folder to your Oblivion directory.
27 kwi 2022 · Sometimes OBSE can fail to load when using the Steam version of Oblivion. There are actually two separate issue here. The first affect Proton users, and consist in the Steam Linux client being unable to load the obse_steam_loader.dll.
