The second one is the Kamasu. The first one is colloquially known as the Kamasu II (Orient's naming convention is a little all over the place). They're effectively the same thing, the Kamasu II just has the gradient dial and round markers apart from 12/3/6/9 and a slightly different bezel insert.

Heading into 2020, Orient changed the game by releasing the Orient Kamasu just as the Seiko SKX was being discontinued, the perfect storm for Orient to take over the affordable diver market.
