All the automatic mechanical watches I've worn can be manually wound by the crown, like a manual mechanical watch. I would expect your watch to be the same. Do 10-15 winds with your thumb and index finger (equivalent to turning the crown fully 7.5 to 10 times). This should give you a good bit of power reserve.
