9 sty 2018 · Portuguese foreign policy in Africa has since 1974 been based on bilateral agreements, almost exclusively directed to PALOP, marked by three aspects: aid and cooperation; trade and economy; and political mediation. Portugal is currently seen as the main interlocutor in PALOP, followed by Angola and Mozambique.
