eLicensing is TSPC's current web portal, holding applicant and licensee accounts, application and license records. As of January 1, 2016, TSPC is no longer accepting mailed, faxed, or emailed applications and payments. All applications must be submitted through the eLicensing system.

Most licensing transactions can be completed through the TSPC Online Licensing Application System. Educators and the public are encouraged to contact TSPC with any questions or customer service needs via email at contact.tspc@oregon.gov. Your inquiries will be responded to promptly.
To become a teacher in Oregon, you will need to hold a bachelor’s degree, complete a TSPC-approved preparation program, and obtain a teaching license through TSPC.
