OSAC Scholarships. The OSAC Scholarship Application provides current and future Oregon students one easy application to apply for multiple scholarships at one time. OSAC awards more than $10 million in scholarships annually through more than 600 scholarships.
How do I apply for OSAC scholarships? Create an OSAC student account. Complete the personal "Profile" section. Select "Continue to Scholarships" at the bottom of the "Profile" page. Complete sections 1-5 of the OSAC Scholarship Application and upload any required transcripts, extra documents, essays and extra questions.
