You can download the file by putting the filename in this url: https://orbiter-mods.com/files/ <file_name>.zip. So for example, Orbiter 2016 would be: https://orbiter-mods.com/files/Orbiter2016.zip. orbiter-mods also provides 5TB of seeding at up to 200 mibs for the torrents included, so use the torrents if that's your thing.
Pick a download mirror and get the Orbiter 2016 core package, either as an MSI installer for guided installation, or ZIP archive for manual installation. Follow the installation instructions.
