The city is really full of attractions, beautiful architecture, the old time’s charm and this great vibe that makes you want to stay there longer. I was surprised that there were almost no tourists around during my trip to Oradea.
It is situated 126 metres (413 feet) above sea level, surrounded on the north-eastern part by the hills of Oradea, part of the Șes hills. The main part of the settlement is situated on the floodplain and on the terraces situated down the river Crișul Repede. Oradea is famous for its thermal springs.
