Oracle Time and Labor enables you to enter timecard entries for elements such as vacation in days, along with normal working hours for other elements, and converts the day entries to hours. Oracle Time and Labor sends the converted day entries to the Projects application.

Using Self Service, workers can select a timecard template to provide default time and labor data. For example: Workers who are assigned to time management structures and policies might use the Work Schedule template, which autogenerates their time based on their rotation plan, and holiday calendar.
