9 cze 2013 · Students will receive classroom and hands-on practical training in the use of the Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT), tire deflation devices, vehicle intercept (Swoop), channeling, and moving/ stationary roadblocks. Legal and liability issues will also be addressed. Specially equipped OPOTA training vehicles will be used.
All courses are OPOTA CPT Approved Tactical Patrol Officer Program. The Tactical Patrol Officer Program’s meticulous design prepares officers for the challenges of violent criminal events and the complexities of daily law enforcement.
