Unless someone has released a Wabbajack install for all the mods you want to use, the fast way of installing many mods (except FOMOD waiting on user input) is to use Vortex for installing the mods. Basically, add mod archives to Vortex, on Vortex mods tab select one mod and use the trick mentioned near bottom to select all mods.
