Open Air Campaigners has been working in Britain since 1968 when David Fanstone, preached at the first sketchboard open-air on the seafront in Brighton on the south coast. Steven Harris is the current National Director and is based in Wales.

OAC is an international and interdenominational mission which has been taking the good news of Jesus Christ to those outside the church since 1892. Our approximately 200 evangelists, based in 26 countries, go wherever non-Christians can be reached effectively with the gospel.
1922 W Bradley changed the name to ‘Open Air Campaigners’. Gospel wagons were used to take the gospel message to people throughout NSW. 1939 OAC worked among the armed services during World War II.
