Ooltewah Youth Association was started several decades ago to provide youth sports opportunities for the local population. Initial offerings included baseball and softball, but have grown to include football, basketball and cheerleading. We manage two parks in the Chattanooga market: East Hamilton Rec Park (Little Debbie) and Standifer Gap.
Ooltewah Youth Association was created to provide a place for parents of players to share information and post pictures of our beloved kids that play at OYA.
Ooltewah Youth Association supports 3 seasons of Baseball: Spring, All-Stars, and Fall. Our Spring season begins with evaluations in late February for age groups 5/6, 7/8, and 9/10. Rookies begin in mid-March. 11/12 evaluations take place in mid-March after Middle Schools select their teams.
The fields seem to be drying out well so all baseball games for tonight (Thursday) are on schedule.
