git clone https://github.com/Earthcomputer/clientcommands. cd clientcommands. Generate the Minecraft source code. ./gradlew genSources. Note: on Windows, use gradlew rather than ./gradlew. Import the project into your preferred IDE. If you use IntelliJ (the preferred option), you can simply import the project as a Gradle project.

Using NBTEdit, open your save file (%APPDATA%/.minecraft/saves/<worldName>/level.dat) Change the NBT tag AllowCommands. Use 1 to enable or 0 to disable cheats. Save, then reopen the world.
Onyxia is inferior to Tauri in terms of scripting of old zones. On the project from Warmane, I never met mobs just standing and resurrecting on CD, and not caused by certain actions of the player (for example, killing surrounding mobs to anger an evil spirit)
