Minutes should include the following: Date and time of meeting; Place of meeting; Members present; Members absent; Invited guests present; Agenda items; Actions voted (number by month and year only the voted actions)
19 Business meetings shall be held at least once a year. The pastor, or the board in 20 consultation with and support of the pastor, calls the meeting. Business meetings should be 21 typically are announced a week or two in advance at the regular Sabbath worship service, with 22 detail as to time and place.
