The link for "Book a Driving Test" is now updated with e-payment solution to provide fair opportunity for all. Therefore, all prospective candidates will now have to pay a driving test fee online during the test date booking.

20 sty 2018 · The regional Road Safety and Transport Authority (RSTA) office in Phuentsholing has introduced an online driving test (eTest) to curb the culture of favoritism and nepotism, as perceived by the public, in the issue of driving licenses.
The first phase of the driver's licence test is the theory exam. Applicants are tested on their knowledge and ability with regards to the Road Traffic Highway Code, along with their ethics and conduct, as it relates to the rules and regulations of the Road Traffic Act.
