4 paź 2019 · My laptop is doing just fine (and it has the "Personal Vault.lnk" file locally and there are no error messages. I can use the link to 'open' the Personal Vault and move a file into it. If they ever solve my current open case (on a different problem,) I'll open a case for this problem.
