I have a bunch of movie videos (legit) on my PC and I want to move them to onedrive to free up space. I have a subscription to Office365 and, when I open the onedrive folder, it says I have only used 45Gb out of 1Tb.
This issue can occur if you have signed in to a Microsoft 365 app with an account that doesn't have permission to upload files to OneDrive. SOLUTION. Reset windows settings app which was signed in with my work account, reinstall OneDrive app and it resolved the issue. Follow the steps listed to add OneDrive as a service.
