10 gru 2021 · I want to attach files from OneDrive to emails in Outlook. When I open the attainments function, OneDrive is not available. This happens in both Mac and Windows operating systems. I have to copy the files to a OneDrive listed in my Finder (Explorer), then attach the copied files.
22 mar 2023 · Whenever I attach a file that is located within my OneDrive folder on my computer, it is being attached as a OneDrive link with a cloud icon and not as an actual file attachment. This also happens when I select a file via “Browse This PC…” and then select my locally cached OneDrive folder.

If the attachment sender used OneDrive or another cloud storage option, any changes you make to the attachment are automatically saved. If the sender didn't use a cloud storage option, use the drop-down arrow to the right of the attachment and choose Save to OneDrive .

Try the following: Make sure the OneDrive process is running. Look for the OneDrive icon on the right side of the menu bar. Restart OneDrive. 15 sie 2019 · In Outlook on MacOS, when you select to add an attachment, the options given are Attach File or Insert Link. Neither has the same functionality as W10 Outlook where you can Attache item and there you can select a OneDrive file and it attaches it and looks like an actual attachment, rather than a hyperlink.
