Outlook has the option that allows you to send people links to files that you have stored in the Cloud like OneDrive Personal, OneDrive for Business or a corporate SharePoint server.

Go to ‘Mail’ in Office 365 portal > click Attach in an email, you’ll get the option to select the documents which you wish to share> click Next, select either of the two option to attach the file.
