   17 lut 2019 · This isn’t normal behaviour, no Steam games save to your OneDrive by default. It's probably a folder that many games commonly use for save game files, such as Documents > My Games. This is ultimately a One Drive issue.

Either way you'd be downloading the files again. However, keep in mind if the game has been updated after you've uploaded to Onedrive you'll still need to download the patch/es from Steam. #2.
